On December 15, the "Carbon Peak Implementation Plan of Leiyang City" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") prepared by Yonker Environmental Protection company was officially issued by the People's Government of Leiyang City.
According to the "Provincial Greenhouse gas emission Inventory (Trial)", Leiyang City 2015-2021 carbon emission history has been comprehensively identified, and fully connected with provincial and municipal document objectives and development plans of various departments and fields. Through the scientific design of the parameters of GDP, population, energy structure and industrial structure in the period of the 14th, 15th and 16th Five-Year Plan, the professional model is used to predict the peak time and carbon emissions of energy activities under different scenarios.
The "plan" conforms to the reality of Leiyang City, and can be used as a guide for promoting carbon peak work in Leiyang City.
